What do I do if the pickup doesn't take place?

When you create shipments with the carriers that offers pickup, whether it is through your own or Shipmondo's shipping agreements, you need to remember to book pickup after your shipments have been created.

Follow this guide to learn how to book a pickup through your Shipmondo account.

Where can I see my pickups?

You can see all your pickups in your Shipmondo account, under Shipments> Pickups or at the top of each individual shipment, under Shipments > Booked.

If you click on a pickup, you'll be able to see the confirmation number, status and the rest of the pickup details.

What do I do if the pick-up doesn't take place?

If you experience that the pickup doesn't take place as expected, even though it has been approved by the carrier, then you need to follow the procedure described below in order to follow up on the missing collection.

DHL Express

Contact DHL Express' customer service directly by calling +45 70 345 345.

Provide the confirmation number for booking of the actual pickup, the so-called PRG number:

DHL Freight

Contact DHL Freight's customer service directly by calling +46 0771 345 345.

Provide the confirmation number for booking of the actual pickup:

GEODIS

Contact Shipmondo's customer service by calling +45 70 40 04 07.

Provide the shipment number, as well as the confirmation number for booking of the actual pickup, the so-called PRG number:

Our customer service will then contact the carrier and investigate further regarding the missing collection.
